I work from a peaceful clinic in Chesterton offering treatments to women and children week days between 9am and 3pm, and one Saturday a month. I am fully insured and have over 20 years experience.
I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and have completed further study with the Traditional Institute for Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy with Gabriel Mojay.

During your first consultation session we will smell my collection of over 40 oils finding ones that support you physically, emotionally and at this particular time in your life.
I will blend the essential oils, mostly organic, into 50ml of an organic carrier oil. This oil will be used for the treatment and then you take this home with you to use at home.
The treatment begins with a guided relaxation exercise whilst lying on the couch. I then move on to doing a body scan with my hands moving above and around your body aura. I then massage chosen areas or do reflexology on your hands and/or feet and end the session with some more energy work of the body to balance the chakras and mind/body/spirit.
This is a pattern that has evolved over the years and I find it suits my clients and myself very well. It is gentle, non invasive, subtle, intuitive, as well as involving some touch when the client feels ready - energetically as well as consciously.
